Hairs are the crowning glory of ones personality. Most of the people in the world want to have beautiful, shining and plenty of hairs on their head. Women make lots of efforts to make their hairs strong, healthy and glowing.

Hair loss is a very big problem all over the world. Hairs follow a cycle of growing, falling and then growing. About ninety percent of hairs are in growing phase at one time and this lasts for about 2 to 6 years.

10 percent of hairs are at the resting stage and after about 3 months, these hairs fall. In the place of these fallen hairs, new hair growth takes place. But when more hairs fall than the normal, then it is called as the hair loss.

Types for Hair Loss:
Hair loss may be of different types according to the reason of the hair fall.

Androgenic Alopecia
Is baldness occurred due to inheritance. It can be seen in women and men, both. In women, a hair thinning is more evident than baldness.

Alopecia Areata
Is a type of hair loss which occurs due to faulty immune system of our body. This condition is pronounced by presence of bald patches on the head or any other part of the body. In rare cases, alopecia Areata can turn into alopecia totalis (compete baldness) or alopecia universalis (hair loss from complete body.

Traumatic Alopecia
This type of hair loss occurs due to abuse of hairs with tight hairstyles, chemical treatments and excessive heat treatment. These kinds of treatments damage hairs to the extent that hair follicles stop producing new hairs.

Hair Loss Home Remedies
Most of the times hair loss can be treated by taking proper care of them, by having proper nutritional diet.
There are many hair care products are available in the market. All these hair care products are made up of chemicals.

These harsh chemicals can damage your hairs in long term. There are several natural home remedies which can help you treat hair loss. These remedies not only treat hair loss but also help to bring shine and strength in the hairs.

It is perfectly normal to shed few hair strands each day but if hairs are falling at excessive rate, then it may lead to baldness. Let us learn about some simple yet effective home remedies for hair loss.

Take castor oil and apply it on the scalp and the hair roots but not on the hairs. Cover your head with news paper and then wrap a cloth around it.

Leave it overnight and wash in the morning with any gentle shampoo. Repeat this process for at every alternative wash and keep doing it for at least three months.

Take 2 tsp of fenugreek seeds and soak them in water overnight. Massage this water on your scalp and leave it for three hours. Then wash with plain water. Repeat this procedure for one month.

Apply yolk of one egg on your scalp and leave it for one hour. Then wash your hairs.

Massage your scalp with olive oil and leave it for a night.

Take either aloe Vera gel or coconut milk and smear this over your scalp. Leave it for at least one hour and wash your hairs with lukewarm water. Repeat this procedure for 3-4 times in week and see the amazing results to prevent hair loss.

For treating patchy baldness, ground black pepper seeds and mix them with lime juice to make paste. Apply this at the affected area. Wash it after 15 minutes.

Washing of hairs regularly with clean and cold water is a very simple remedy any one can do. After washing, rub the scalp gently with fingertips. It will stimulate the hair follicles and increase the blood follow in the scalp.
