The first criterion for our hair is to look healthy and shiny. The proper growth and the luster and shine of the hair is the most essential part of proper hair care. Here follows some natural tips for meeting this criterion:

  2. Tea is a very common drink and almost all of us are fond of drinking it. But do you know that tea is also very much useful for your hair? Washing the hair with tea at least once a week is very much helpful for the better health and growth of your hair.
  3. .Applying besan /Gram flour on the hair and washing it with water drained from cooked rice leaves a fantastic result on your hair.
  4. Another important thing for having a better result for your hair is to massage your hair with hot coconut oil an hour before washing and let it soak. Then cover your hair with a hot towel and wash your hair after an hour or so
  5. .Having a ‘steam towel wrap’ once in a week helps repair the damaged hair cuticles.
  6. Egg and curd acts as a very good natural conditioner. For deep conditioning your hair mix egg with curd and beer. 
  7. To add bounce to your dull and life less hair, mix a little vinegar in warm water and rinse your hair with this solution. 
  8. Soak a handful of gooseberry in a cup of milk for about two hours, then make it a paste and apply it to the hair. 
  9. For hair loss and thinning boil a few hibiscus flowers in coconut oil. Filter the oil and use it on the hair. 
  10. For both hair and scalp protection apply a mixture of egg white, castor oil, and glycerin on the scalp and hair. Leave it for a few minutes and then wash it after some time. Besides healthy there is also the need for the treatment of some of the hair problems.
