Watu wengine do not eat anything kabla ya mazoezi, wakifikiri kuwa ndio italeta more effects..but ni vizuri kama ukila kitu angalau nusu saa kabla hujafanya mazoezi. Hii green smoothie itakusaidia, itakupa nguvu wakati ukifanya mazoezi na pia itasaidia kupunguza uzito.

Vitu unavyohitaji ::

  • Frozen pineapple/nanasi lililoganda katakata ijae kikombe 1.
  • Coconut water/maji ya nazi nusu kikombe
  • Fresh spinach ijae mkono.
  • Ginger/Tangawizi 1.
  • Chia seeds kijiko 1
  • Banana/ndizi 1
Weka vyote kwenye blender, then saga hadi ilainike kabisa.

Then baada ya nusu saa anza mazoezi yako, unaweza ukawa unakunywa on your way to the gym, ukifika unaanza kustretch then anza mazoezi yako.
