Just 1 glass ya hiki kinywaji ambacho ni rahisi kutengeneza mwenyewe kitakusaidia kupungiza mafuta mwilini na kupunguza mwili/unene. Kila uendapo kulala metabolism yako inapungua kasi na hivyo inakuwa ni kazi kusaga chakula mwilini lakni kinywaji hiki kitakusaidia kusaga chakula  na kuyayusha mafuta mwilini ukiwa umelala. And it is delicious!
Vitu unavyohitaji::

  • 1 Cucumber/tango 1.
  • Parsely.
  • 1 Lemon/Ndimu 1.
  • 1 tbsp.grated ginger/Tangawizi iliyotwangwa kijiko 1.
  • 1 tbsp.aloe vera juice/ kijiko 1 cha juice ya aloe vera.
  • 1/2 glass of water/nusu glass ya maji.

Saga vitu vyote hivi kwa pamoja kisha chuja na unywe kabla ya kulala kila siku kupata results nzuri.
