JUICE BASE.

MAIN INGREDIENTS.
Baada ya kuchagua hapo juu nine itakuwa base yako. Ndio unaweza kuchanganya na vitu Katie ya hivi::
1.Kale na Celery.

8-10 kale leaves and 6-8 ribs of celery.

7.Lettuce na Asparagus.

Vichwa 2-3 vya lettuce na asparagus 10-12.

8.Spinach na capsicum/hoho.

Fungu1 la spinach na hoho 2.

9.Lettuce na cauliflower.



Vichwa 2-3 vya lettuce na cauliflower nusu.

10.Beetroot na lemon.

Beetroot 2-3 na ndimu nusu.
*Unaweza kumix unavyotaka.
   
Optional ingredients. 

Hapa unaweza kuongezea kama unataka so lazima, vitu kama :
Garlic/kitunguu swaumu.
Ginger/tangawizi. 
Onion/kitunguu maji.

Wengine huongeza mint leaves, cayenne powder, chia seeds nk.
Ukishazoea utakuwa unajua ni kitugani na gani utaweka na unapendagreen juice yako owe vipi.
Just keep it simple, usichanganye vitu vingine sana na green juice yako isiwe tamu sana, itaondoa mana ya kuwa healthy.
