You have a lot of  ingredients in your kitchen Lakini little do you know kuwa almost viungo vyote ulivyonavyo jikoni kwako  vinaweza kutumika kama pain killers kinda maumivu.
Shuka chini kujua zaidi :

1. Garlic / Kitunguu swaumu.

Tumia kinda maumivu ya sikio. Twanga kisagike vizuri then weka kidogo kwenye sikio kwa kutumia pamba ya kusafishia. Uchafu utaanza kuchuruzika wenyewe.  Unaweza kutumia pamba pia kusafishia baada ya Muda kidogo.

2. Ginger / Tangawizi.

Tumia Tangawizi kuondoa maumivu ya misuli (muscle pain).

3. Peppermint.

Tumia kurelax muscles. Unaweza kuweka kwenye chai na kuinywa kabla hujalala.

4. Turmeric / Manjano. 

Tumia kutuliza maumivu ya Muda mrefu. Kama vile kwenye magoti Au mgongo. 

5. Cloves / karafuu.

Tumia karafuu kutuliza maumivu ya jino.

6. Oats

Tumia oats kutuliza maumivu ya kizazi (endometrial pain)

7. Horseradish.

Tumia hii kwa wenye matatizo ya sinus.
